These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Housing Social, a social media platform focused on real estate properties (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Housing Social is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
Housing Social supports three user roles:
Each account may have only one role.
Agent roles require verification. Role requests are reviewed and approved by an administrator or operator before access is granted.
Users retain ownership of all content they submit to the Platform.
By posting content, users grant Housing Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and distribute such content for platform operation and marketing purposes.
Users may not post:
Housing Social does not remove user content or suspend accounts without notice.
Any removal or restriction, if required, will follow reasonable notification where applicable.
All property details, pricing, availability, and representations are the sole responsibility of the posting agent or user.
Housing Social does not participate in transactions, negotiations, or agreements.
Any transaction occurs entirely outside the Platform.
Housing Social disclaims liability for scams, disputes, misrepresentations, or losses resulting from off-platform interactions.
The Platform supports advertisements and promoted listings.
Payments may be handled through third-party services such as Google AdSense or by contacting the operator externally.
Housing Social does not process or store payment information directly.
The Platform does not provide internal chat or messaging.
Inquiries redirect users to external email communication.
Housing Social does not monitor or control external communications.
Housing Social may temporarily suspend or interrupt the Platform for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without liability.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with applicable Australian laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
